Khartoum, Sudan – March 2023

In March 2023, the One Community Organization for Peace and Development hosted a specialized training workshop at the University of Khartoum, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of civil society workers in Sudan.

The workshop focused on providing participants with the fundamentals of effective NGO management, alongside training on professionally designing and writing development projects to achieve their intended goals.

Impact: This workshop marked a pivotal step in the organization’s efforts to support civil society organizations and enable them to play an active and effective role in sustainable development.

Participants: The workshop brought together 30 participants from various civil society organizations operating across Sudan.

Outcomes: Participants were equipped with practical tools for analyzing community needs, clearly formulating objectives, and developing implementation plans aligned with development priorities.
